It is worthless

Lynn Wise

It would be nice to have the ability to see transactions or your statement more than once a month. The app is only good for checking your balances

Michele Billingsley

Worked just fine for a very long time. Now every, E-V-E-R-Y, time I try to use it to check my balance it returns with an error. "Error: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." Trying again later is pointless, this is the result of every attempt to use now.

After installing the app I was able to check my account but have not been able to log in since! I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling...plus is not sending me email codes to log in either once "forgot password" is selected!

After trying to get this app to work for a while, i finally signed up and logged in. This is a new app from their previous one and old sign-in info wont work so you must create new account. Turns out they dont except special characters in passwords. They should really have mentioned that when u try one with them included. After i got it set up, i went to add another card to my account and now says unable to process and to try again later. Fix and i will retract.

Wish I could see my transactions I have a Kitsap Credit Union app and you can see all your transactions withdrawals

The hole lay out of the app has changed and for the better. No bugs, yet....

This new app wont even let me log in. I used the other app and had no problems, i like having just the passcode to log on, but i forgot what my user name is and when i type in my email to retrive it, it says invalid and i type my phone number and it says message sent, but i get nothing.
